Oyindamola Oyeduntan is Legal Counsel/Company Secretary. She is a Corporate commercial lawyer with over 14 years experience in general business advisory; mergers & acquisitions (oil & gas, power, financial services and hospitality); corporate governance and compliance. A member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, UK.
She was previously Legal Adviser/ Company Secretary for Heirs Holdings overseeing Group subsidiary governance, compliance and providing legal support and coordination on Group investments. Prior to that she served as the acting Company Secretary to Africa Prudential Plc, as an SEC-registered compliance officer for DLM Securities Limited and AFEX Commodities Exchange Limited. Also worked with Dunn Loren Merrifield as the Transaction Legal Counsel and with Aluko & Oyebode, in the business advisory unit.

Paschal Eva is Deputy Vice-President, Finance. A chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience in performance and financial management. Prior to joining Heirs Energies, Paschal led the finance team at Nestoil Limited and was also Deputy General Manager at Neconde Energy Limited.

Eluemuno Olumagin is Deputy Vice-President, Corporate Resources. Elue is a human resource leader, with expertise in leveraging targeted people strategy, processes, and systems to drive business outcomes. She has over 19 years in-country and international experience, spanning talent acquisition and development, performance management and reward, as well as organisation development and effectiveness, with Total E&P and Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc.

Uzoma Nwokorie is the Associate Vice President, Engineering & Projects. An international Technical Professional, with over 34 years experience in Engineering management, Process Systems, Production Operations and Project management. He has handled the full lifecycle of engineering and project management works from identification of opportunity to Design, Construction, Commissioning, Start-up, facility surveillance, Process optimization and debottlenecking of Surface facilities. Uzoma worked in Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria where he was involved in the Engineering and delivery of many projects for Shell in Nigeria and the USA.

Mojisola Iyamabo is Associate Vice President, Gas Business. Mojisola has over 20 years of Commercial & Business Development experience in Gas & Power (Upstream, Midstream & Downstream) across Nigeria & West Africa, having led commercial and business development activities in the Gas portfolios of Eroton E&P and Axxela group. Mojisola’s expertise also cuts across corporate finance, investment Banking, Audit & Assurance. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).

Bola Bode is Vice-President, Production. Highly experienced petroleum industry executive with over 34 years of Oil and Gas industry experience with proven success in oil and gas exploration and production management. Previously worked with Royal Shell group as Production Asset Manager and Production Support Manager where he organized and managed efforts to achieve year-on-year corporate oil and gas production target volumes and capacity through integrated production system tracking, investigation, and resolution from reservoir to export.

Nnene-Anochie Chidube is Vice-President, Community Affairs, Safety, Health, Environment and Security (CASHES). Nnene has over 30 years of extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, having worked in Nigeria, Middle East, and Asia, with Royal Dutch Shell (Shell). Her expertise spans oil and gas asset management, operational excellence for complex integrated hydrocarbon supply chains, health, safety environment including asset integrity and process safety management, risk and compliance.

Debo Adebajo is Vice-President, Technical. Debo is an experienced petroleum engineer, with over 30 years of industry exposure, spanning oil and gas field development, project execution, strategy, and portfolio management. He previously worked in various Shell companies in Nigeria, Brunei and the Netherlands, occupying senior technical and management roles.
