She is a Corporate commercial lawyer with over 14 years experience in general business advisory; mergers & acquisitions (oil & gas, power, financial services and hospitality); corporate governance and compliance. A member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, UK.
She was previously Legal Adviser/ Company Secretary for Heirs Holdings overseeing Group subsidiary governance, compliance and providing legal support and coordination on Group investments. Prior to that she served as the acting Company Secretary to Africa Prudential Plc, as an SEC-registered compliance officer for DLM Securities Limited and AFEX Commodities Exchange Limited. Also worked with Dunn Loren Merrifield as the Transaction Legal Counsel and with Aluko & Oyebode, in the business advisory unit.
