Safety Statement
At Heirs Energies, our goal is to inspire all personnel to achieve the strategic objective of HSE “No Harm”. Specifically to carry out its operations with the aspiration to cause “No Harm” to people, assets, and the environment.
To achieve this goal, we ensure Health & Safety risks are effectively managed and reduced to As Low As Reasonably Practicable in areas of personal safety, process safety, security and community management to protect personnel, contractors, sub-contractors and third parties.
Personal Safety
We demonstrate a duty of care for our employees, partners and stakeholders by providing resources and an enabling environment for safe operations.
Process Safety
We maintain and assure our assets are designed and operated to ensure hazardous materials are safely contained to prevent process safety incidents.
Security
We conduct our security operations in a structured and orderly manner whilst respecting human rights. Our security personnel operate to protect the lives of workers and stakeholders without violation of human rights in line with Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR).
