Osayande Igiehon is a petroleum industry executive and thought leader Over 27 years of experience in the energy sector panning business management, reservoir & petroleum engineering, field development planning & execution, strategy & business planning, business improvement, operations management and enterprise business change. Prior to joining Heirs Energies, Osayande was a Vice-President at Royal Dutch Shell (Shell), in the Hague, Netherlands. Held a series of senior management positions in Shell and previously served as Chairman and CEO of Shell Gabon, where he led the successful turnaround of the operational and financial performance.

Samuel Nwanze
Samuel Nwanze is a Finance and Investment executive with over 25 years of experience in finance, banking and investments. Previously Chief Investment Officer at Heirs Holdings responsible for the administration and management of the Group’s overall financial activities and investment programmes. Prior to joining Heirs Holdings, Sam worked in banking institutions in various roles where he oversaw strategy, financial control, performance management, and treasury.

Bola Bode
Bola Bode is highly experienced petroleum industry executive with over 34 years of Oil and Gas industry experience with proven success in oil and gas exploration and production management. Previously worked with Royal Shell group as Production Asset Manager and Production Support Manager where he organised and managed efforts to achieve year-on-year corporate oil and gas production target volumes and capacity through integrated production system tracking, investigation, and resolution from reservoir to export.

Debo Adebajo
Debo Adebajo is an experienced and broad-based engineer with more than 30 years experience covering oil and gas field development, project execution, strategy, and portfolio management. He has worked in various Shell companies in Nigeria, Brunei and The Netherlands occupying senior technical and management roles. He worked as Chief Petrophysicist, Shell Upstream International and Portfolio Manager Shell Petroleum Development Company Nigeria Limited. He has been involved in multiple projects (from concept to production, both onshore and offshore) in Nigeria, Europe, Middle East, and South-East Asia.

Uzoma Nwokorie
Uzoma Nwokorie is an international Technical Professional. He has over 34 years of work experience in Engineering management, Process Systems, Production Operations and Project management. During his long career in Energy, Oil & Gas industry, he has handled full lifecycle of engineering and project management works starting from identification of opportunity to Design, Construction, Commissioning, Start-up, facility surveillance, Process optimization and de-bottlenecking of Surface facilities.
Prior to joining Heirs Energies, Uzoma was a staff of Anglo-Dutch multinational, Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria – SPDC. During his 20 Years in Shell he was involved in Engineering and delivery of many projects for Shell in Nigeria and USA.

Eluemuno Olumagin
Eluemunon is a Human Resources leader with expertise in leveraging targeted people strategy, processes and systems to drive business outcomes. She brings over 20 years in-country and international experience spanning Talent Acquisition & Development, Performance Management and Reward as well as Organization Development and Effectiveness
Previously Resourcing and Talent Manager at Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc and Deputy General Manager Recruitment & Manpower Development at Total E&P Nigeria Limited.

Pascal Eva
Pascal is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in performance and financial management. Pascal has worked in senior finance roles in Broad Bank of Nigeria Limited, Access Bank Plc, FCMB Plc, and PHB/Keystone Bank Limited where he functioned as Deputy CFO before exiting the banking industry.
Transiting to the oil and gas industry, he has led finance teams at Nestoil Limited and prior to joining Heirs Energies, he functioned as Deputy General Manager at Neconde Energy Limited.

Folake Adele-Adewole
Folake is a seasoned legal practitioner with almost 25 years of experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas industry, specializing in oil & gas operations, commercial transactions, corporate law, stakeholder engagements, and regulatory interface. She began her career in private legal practice before joining Addax Petroleum Nigeria in 2004, where she rose to the position of Senior Manager, Legal and External Affairs / Company Secretary, overseeing legal, regulatory, external affairs, and corporate secretarial functions. After leaving Addax in January 2023, she was engaged by SINOPEC International Petroleum Exploration Corporation to provide legal and allied consultancy services related to Addax’s post-closing obligations under a Transfer, Settlement, and Exit Agreement with NNPCL. Folake is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Association of International Energy Negotiators and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom.
